Veteran Evaluation
Compassionate, professional evaluations and documentation to help veterans navigate the VA disability process with clarity.
We are honored to support the men and women who have served our country, with compassionate, professional evaluations and documentation designed to help veterans navigate the VA disability process with clarity and confidence.
Our mission
To advocate for veterans through accurate, high-quality clinical documentation while treating every veteran with dignity and compassion.
Many veterans live with physical and mental health conditions related to their service, and obtaining the benefits you deserve can be complex and frustrating. Our goal is thorough, ethical and comprehensive medical documentation that explains your condition clearly and professionally.
Every evaluation is approached with respect, empathy and attention to detail. We take time to listen to your story, review your history and carefully document how your condition may be connected to your service.
Nexus letter evaluations
A nexus letter is a medical opinion that connects a veteran's current medical or mental health condition to their military service, and can play an important role in strengthening a VA disability claim. Each letter is carefully written to explain the relationship between your service and your condition while maintaining professional medical standards.
Medical record review
A thorough review of records is a critical part of building a strong medical opinion. We carefully examine:
- Military service records
- Prior medical evaluations
- Mental health treatment history
- VA documentation
- Supporting clinical records
Comprehensive mental health evaluations
Many veterans experience PTSD, anxiety, depression, trauma-related conditions and adjustment difficulties after service. Our structured, trauma-informed evaluations document symptoms, functional impairment and diagnostic considerations, and may support VA claims or bring clarity to your current needs.
Independent medical opinions (IMO)
An IMO provides a professional clinical assessment of the relationship between a condition and military service, based on careful review of medical evidence, clinical evaluation when necessary, and professional expertise, with a commitment to accuracy, fairness and ethical standards.
Clear, professional documentation
Each report is structured to clearly outline:
- Relevant history
- Current symptoms and clinical findings
- Professional medical opinions
- Supporting rationale
"Lori treated me with respect and compassion from the very beginning. She took the time to listen to my story and carefully reviewed my records. I felt supported throughout the entire process."
