*All new clients are required to complete a comprehensive intake. I do not provide psychotherapy sessions as needed for clients. I must complete a comprehensive evaluation prior to subsequent visits.

*Consultations are not intakes; nor do they provide an evaluation or diagnosis.

*If you have the following accepted insurances, please send an email to @ info@manifestingmindsllc.com, with the patient's name and DOB, copy of your insurance card, and a copy of your driver's license. You will receive information for the patient portal. Do not make payments online if you have the insurance listed.
